Pilet & Renaud is pleased to manage the prestigious Mayen des Moulins real estate project, located in the charming town of Verbier. Ideally located near the village, this project promises high-quality services, respecting the energy standards of the Minergie label.

The Mayen des Moulins project includes the transformation and expansion of a mazot into a spacious second home chalet, as well as the construction of a building of 10 apartments intended for tourist residence. The surface areas of the apartments vary between 160 m² and 270 m², thus offering generous and comfortable living spaces.

To enhance this luxurious setting, a spa area will be built, including a swimming pool, a hammam, a jacuzzi, a sauna and a gym. Individual ski rooms and an indoor car park will also be provided to complete the entire infrastructure.

The work is underway and the project is scheduled for delivery in 2027.
